Biography

Founder & Owner of FOTOLEX Studio. Alex Oganezov is an award-winning photographer with over a decade of experience specializing in dance, wedding, fashion, travel, and documentary photography. As the founder and creative director of FOTOLEX Studio, he has worked as the official photographer for prominent international events, including the Berlin Salsa Congress, Mercedes-Benz Fashion Week, and Tbilisi Fashion Week. His portfolio includes renowned dance festivals like the Paris Kizomba Festival and Armenia Kizomba Festival, as well as iconic events like Miss Planet and the Tbilisi and Batumi International Dance Festivals. Alex has also captured high-profile competitive events such as the European Dance Championship and Caucasus Dance Cup, worked with DM Fashion Studio (Montreal), and collaborated with clients including CEO Journal (Sweden). Certified in the EU, Georgia, and Canada, Alex is a member of the Federation of European Photographers (FEP) and the Association of Photographers of Georgia (APG). He has also taught photography at cultural and youth centers, guiding beginner and intermediate students.
