The Federation of European Photographers announces the over all winners of the 2009 FEP European Professional Photographer of the Year Award and the FEP – Towergate Fine Art Photographer of the Year Award

FEP – Towergate Fine Art Photograph of the Year 2009:Tom Jones, Belgium
