Biography

Motivation is a motivation to action, a psycho-physiological process that affects a person's behaviour and his or her ability to satisfy his or her needs.   The bad news is that motivation cannot be obtained. Its sparks don't have enough power to make you act.   The good news is that motivation can be generated. The motivational fire is ignited when you yourself patiently stoke it and feed it with a sense of satisfaction from your progress.   To stay motivated in spite of challenges and difficulties, you have to learn to enjoy small but regular successes.   Being aware of a need gives you the impetus to meet it. That is, when you know exactly what you need, you do it. For example, when you are hungry, you look for food. You have different ways of satisfying the need: making food, ordering food, going out, going to a café or a shop. It's quite simple here.   When you are not aware of a need, you try to satisfy it in inappropriate ways - satisfaction does not come, substitution occurs.   For instance, you eat sweets when you are sad and lonely. You have a need for love, companionship and acceptance, but you try to satisfy it in a familiar and familiar way - with food. In this case, the right thing to do would be to call a loved one, your parents, to talk, to go to the cinema with a friend.   Or you need the love and care and approval of loved ones, and you are running a marathon for time, thinking that this is what will make you valuable to those around you.   Or you don't get enough sleep, you feel depressed and your general weakness affects your mood. You start looking for self-realisation, going to workshops, reading books, you think it will help you, improve your mood. Instead, you need to establish a sleep and rest routine to feel good, and then you will have more energy for self-actualisation.   Intrinsic and extrinsic motivation   Extrinsic motivation is the search for an external stimulus, an impulse, a control, an external goal.     Intrinsic motivation is the search for self-development, self-exploration and exploration. With this motivation, failures are perceived as points of growth or new opportunities. Intrinsic motivation is determined by a person's values, and they understand the importance of action or inaction.
