The QEP Book
1st edition, April 2005
2005 saw the Federation of European Professional Photographers (FEP) in its sixth year of judging publish work from Professional Photographers from all over Europe.
Over that time 158 photographers from 16 different countries achieved the coveted status of "Qualified European Photographer" (QEP), through submission of a panel of photographs.
From those panels, each photographer chose one photograph and the resulting 158 photographs were published in a book with one large photograph to a page.
The result was a truly inspirational guide to what is happening in professional photography throughout Europe in a wide diversity of fields - including reportage, commercial, advertising, architecture, illustration, portrait and wedding photography.
With a foreward by former FEP President Luc Peeters, the book was edited by Ivana Matejková (QEP from Czech Republic).

The book is available at the very reasonable price of 20 Euro per copy from the national professional photographic organisations of each country.

The QEP book also includes a general presentation on the FEP with contacts and addresses of all member associations and news about the QEP.
At the International Convention Orvieto Fotografia 2006 Ivana Matejková was honoured by the then FEP President Luc Peeters with a special award for the great work she did on the magnificent QEP book.
